What to Expect

  • Dynamic Warm-Up: The class begins with gentle stretching to prepare your body for movement while reducing the risk of injury.

  • Cardio Without the Impact: Unlike high-intensity workouts, this class incorporates low-impact movements such as step-ups, marching, controlled squats, and light aerobic exercises to elevate the heart rate while minimizing strain on the joints.
  • Core & Stability Work: Expect a variety of core-strengthening movements, balance exercises, and functional training to improve posture, flexibility, and overall body control.
